Description
This two day 16-hour of instruction course includes all course materials. You do not test with the USCG. Upon successful completion of the two exams and 100% attendance, you will receive a Connecticut Safe Boating Certificate and a Landfall Marine Training Center Certificate which along with your USCG completed application may be submitted to the USCG for your Limited OUPV or Limited Masters License.
You will have up to 12 months from the date on your Landfall Marine Training Center Certificate to submit your completed USCG application.
The United States Coast Guard and National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA ) have approved this course.

- A booklet of study questions will be sent to you 7 days prior to the course start date and should be studied prior to taking the class.
Payments & Policies
Marine Training Center Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancelations will be accepted and receive a full refund if requested in writing five or more days in advance of the start date of the course. Any books or course materials purchased for a course can be returned for store credit only.
Cancellations received less than 5 days in advance will not receive any refund.
Schedule change requests received less than 5 days in advance of the start of the course are subject to a 25% surcharge.
Students who log in late or who have not properly registered or have not properly prepared as required under the course requirements will be asked to leave and will not receive any refund.
