Description
The V90131G is a replacement clear cap for lost or damaged auto inflation cap for Halkey Roberts V90000 Alpha Inflators. It is not required for rearming your device if you have an intact cap.
WARNING: Although this cap is similar to the V85000 clear cap and appears to fit on a V85000 infaltor, installing it on V85000 inflator voids your PFD's warranty and USCG Approval, and your device may not operate correctly.

The black striker sticking up is made of plastic, while the original equipment piece is made of metal. I tried this cap out in the bathtub, however, and it did inflate the life vest. The plastic piece seems to be undamaged by the inflation, so I expect it will work to inflate the vest again if I fall overboard with it.
