These sail bags are the best for storing your Optimist race sail. Simply roll the sail around the boom and insert into the PVC tube compartment. Take your mast and sprit and put them in a separate compartment. Your sail will stay protected in the tube and everything will be together for easy carrying! This cover is made by Colie Sails in New Jersey who has been well known for over a decade as the best producer in the USA for Dinghy Covers. If you travel a lot or plan to travel with your opti sailor, this is the cover for you.

When laying flat on the ground, the bag is 96" long and 13" tall.

We install a 4" diameter PVC tube that is 89.5" long into the bottom section for the sail and boom. It needs to be shorter than the length of the bag to allow it to zip shut.
