VHF Marine Radio
Icom brings convenient new features to handheld VHF radios. First is lithium-ion (Li-on) batteries. They have no memory, so they can be recharged any time it's convenient for you. A single Li-on battery provides the M1V with 12-14 hours of power, longer than most nicad batteries.
Also new is Icom's alphanumeric display that let's you enter 10-character names for your favorite channels, such as "OpenBridge" or "Fish Houser."
