Keeping your garments clean and dry is not merely a question of neat appearance and comfort it is a matter of protecting your fire fighters from needless harm.
According to: NFPA 1500 5-1.5 structural fire fighting protective clothing shall be periodically cleaned at a minimum of once every 6 months as specified in Section 5-4 of NFPA 1581.
Performance & Capacities:
Turn-out coats: Coats (washed) approximately 3-5 hours drying time. The coats and pants are suspended over the tubes on specifically designed aluminum hangers. (included)
Boots: Fully wet, approximately 90 minutes drying time. The drying times for the above items will be achieved by using the combination adapters. (included)
Gloves: Fully wet, approximately 90 minutes drying time. The drying times for the above items will be achieved by using the combination adapters. (included)
Helmets, Blankets, Hoses etc.: can be placed on the top of the rack or over an adapter or tube.
