Loading, Firing and Safety Precautions
Load the sunset by simply removing the locking pin and pivoting the unique breakaway barrel.
Insert a 10-gauge blank with the primer facing you.
Prior to firing, check the surrounding areas for clearance, making sure that there is at least 6 feet in front of the cannon to prevent fire or smoke damage. Never stand in front of the cannon while it is being fired.
Fire the cannon by smartly striking the firing knob from straight on with the mallet.
Always wear hearing protection when in the vicinity of a cannon being fired.
Never load projectiles into your cannon, as this can cause permanent damage.
