Maptech Digital Charts are the standard for computer navigation. Maptech creates digital charts by scanning the same government and private paper charts mariners rely on every day. Maptech has a partnership with NOAA to make official digital charts for United States Coastal waters. The international coverage is a combination of charts scanned by Maptech and charts scanned by third parties using Maptech's licensed chart formats.
