Sizing Chart: Our sizing chart is fairly accurate, but for exact sizing, please refer to the manufacturer's website if available.
Special Order Charts: When ordering paper charts for framing or other non-navigational purposes, please call and request Custom Packing.
Gift Certificates: We have no restrictions on redemption. No tax or shipping charge is imposed on the sale of our Gift Certificates. If you have been given a paper gift certificate, you must call us to redeem it.
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Landfall Navigation® and we will gladly exchange, replace, or refund any merchandise that doesn't meet your expectations subject to the following restrictions:
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 10 days of purchase to receive a return authorization. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales slip. Some returns maybe subject to restocking fees.
Dated materials such as flares, charts, and publications are not returnable.
Registered items such as PLBs or EPIRBs are not returnable.
Software and electronic charts must be unopened, unless the manufacturer offers a special guarantee period.
Special Orders and Customized Products, including computers with installed software, life rafts, defibrillators, oxygen, engraved products, phones with or without minutes, are not returnable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective merchandise.
Orders shipped via Priority Mail cannot be claimed for non-delivery of goods, because we cannot trace these packages to their destination.
We charge a 15% restocking fee when returns are due to customer error.
Pricing: Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We will provide you with a shipping cost quote. (minimum charge is $40.00 US for Federal Express International Priority). All international orders are deemed Special Orders and are not returnable. Any import / export duties, taxes or VATs are paid for by the customer and are not a responsibility of Landfall Navigation and Landfall Navigation is not responsible for packages rejected by authorities in route to the customer.
