Gill's new Windproof Fleece is designed to be worn as a mid-layer piece but is versatile enough to be worn as an outer layer in mild conditions. This three-layer micro-fleece is windproof and waterproof, as well as breathable. Elasticized binding on the hem make for a good fit. This vest is soft to the touch.
