2010 Fall Boat Swap and Tent Sale Fine Print: Customers taking store credit for boats will receive 100% of the selling price. Customers taking cash back for boats will receive a check from the buyer made payable to the seller, and the seller will owe the Dinghy Locker a 20% brokerage fee. All goods must be in clean working order. The Dinghy Locker reserves the right to refuse any merchandise and is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken goods. All boats not sold and not claimed by Tuesday September 21, 2010 will be considered a donation to either the Stamford Sailing Foundation or Sound Waters Sailing and will be eligible for a tax write off.
