Take a vicarious trip down the mighty Mississippi, then up the Ohio and down the Tennessee. Follow along as the author and crew pilot their 32 foot powerboat through the historic small towns and funky marinas that stretch from Minnesota to the Gulf of Mexico.
Week one gets them down the Mississippi as far as Mark Twain’s home town, Hannibal Missouri. Week two finds them traveling to Cairo, Illinois where the Mississippi and Ohio meet, and up the Ohio as far as Paducah, Kentucky. For week three they start south on the Tennessee River and enter the first section of the Tenn-Tom Waterway.
