2009 BE CURRENT!®

Tidal and Ocean Current predictions over the routes of major yacht races for the race period.

Major features include hour-by-hour tidal current stream charts and phasing diagrams, and transparent overlay sheets as appropriate; current tables with predictions for each current station in the race area of slack, maximum flood and maximum ebb current strengths and times during the race period; circular tidal current stations are in separate tables; extra notes on local variations may be included as well as tidal height tables if appropriate to the region.

Also includes other racing aids as appropriate: lighthouses along course; local maps of start and finish land areas; sun and moon rise and set information; other local knowledge as available. Issues are compiled and printed approximately one month prior to the race.
We make every effort to ship as soon as possible. We are more than happy to announce that Be Current! is back! There were reliability issues with the Be Current! tables and we dropped them from the Landfall offerings in 2007. With a new program, quality control measures, and improved data review procedures we feel confident that you will not be disappointed this year with the Be Current! titles.
